4 总结

新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情暴发期间，肿瘤患者的常规诊疗受到了明显影响。尽管目前并无足够的证据证实肿瘤是否增加新型冠状病毒肺炎的感染风险，但肿瘤患者因为常常具备高龄和免疫抑制等高危因素，感染新型冠状病毒肺炎后发展为重症的风险更大。因此，在新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情期间，对于肿瘤患者的医疗管理除了需要评估患者的病情以外，还需要根据当地的疫情状态进行必要的调整，在防止肿瘤病情进展的同时，减少新型冠状病毒感染的风险。尽管目前国内的新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情已基本控制，但鉴于国外疫情的严重形势以及国内局部地区仍偶有散发病例出现，我们仍需警惕疫情复发，而对于医疗机构，加强入院病人筛查和管理仍具有非常重要的意义。
